Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Ideal place to stay especially if attending o2. It is a little walk from o2 id say 15 - 20 mins. At a leisurely pace.only thing i didn't like was breakfast.but that was down to personal choice . There is a bar at hotel open till 2 am .even though I didn't like breakfast ( quality) of ingredients. I would stop there again for the price I paid . As for parking I can't comment as I used public transport.

I had a very comfortable stay. The room could use a bit more lighting especially over the large mirror. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept well. The friendly and professional staff were very polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I have stayed at this hotel before and both times I have had an excellent stay. Breakfast being included is a bonus and the staff are always friendly and welcoming! Special shout out to Alfie on reception who is just lovely!
