"It’s an okey hotel. The staff is friendly, it’s a clean hotel. Biggest disappointment was the housekeeping, it is horrible to non-existent, literally all was done is straightening of the beds and taking out the trash. The towels not changed, nothing else is cleaned. Otherwise, it’s perfectly located, the Big Ben is just 3 minutes walk, so it’s an okey stay."

"We had a triple room in the annex building. Room had a decent size and in good condition, but a bit hot and air conditioning system made too much noise to leave on for long. Bed was a bit hard. Otherwise staff was really helpful and nice, and location is great, close to many restaurants, buses and shops, Victoria station is just 10 minutes walk away."

Sometimes when we are in a hurry to get everything done at once, it turns out that we are late with everything and this time the team showed class that sometimes Savoy or Ritz could envy. Massive „Thank you” to Adi to let me stay and finish my chapter past the expected moment to leave. She and the rest of the crew bring a level of genuine hospitality that most five-star hotels would struggle to match.
