In an era where a pack of cigarettes costs more than a bed in Zone 1, some people still find reasons to complain. I found reasons to be grateful. This place does exactly what it promises. Nothing more, nothing less. And sometimes that is everything. "

"What can we say? Another fantastic trip and stay. Right from the beginning, we felt welcome and comfortable; nothing was too much trouble for the team. All the staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our visit. ​This is the "go-to" for my son every time we visit London. At just 8 years old, he has already decided he only wants to stay here—and I totally agree! Thank you so much for everything; we already look forward to our next visit soon."

"The hotel itself was lovely, nice decor clean rooms , they are a little small but it’s just a base at the end of the day. The bed was very comfy and location great. The breakfast was anlso very nice and great value. Only downfall was the air con didn’t work and had an awful nights sleep as we were so hot. The staff were very helpful and changed our room , however we did have the same issue and again aircon was not working. We didn’t mention anything again ax would have had to pick all our stuff up again for one last night. "
