"Super emplacement près d’une station de métro. La chambre était vraiment très propre. La terrasse dehors permet de prendre un rafraîchissement après une longue journée à visiter Londres. Notre chambre n’avait pas d’air climatisé, ce qui fait que c’était quand même assez chaud le soir. L’hôtel prête des ventilateurs. Le personnel de l’hôtel est poli et efficace."

"Lovely room with excellent air con! Spotlessly clean. Highly recommend… only small issue was that we arrived early so checked in and left bags… but when we got in after the theatre there was only one person in reception and they also had to go and fetch luggage so there was quite a queue and some frustrated guests! Apart from that, was very happy with our choice."

"This a good hotel for location it is close to Russell Square underground and able to get to the west end for shows quickly, Russell Square to Pccabilly Circus took about 7 minutes Ona direct line. The room was functional but nothing special for the price, a good selection for breakfast. Russell Square park has a nice Italian coffee shop."

"Very helpfull staff all the rooms were very clean only thing that was a lillte difficult was that they did not offer any lunch or dinner opptions or ways for you to sort out you own food so u would have to go to other sites or restonts but they do offer a free ferry that is very helpfull"

"The elevators were a constant problem during the week of my stay. They are the lifeblood in a hotel!!! One day I had to walk up the stairs with the manager and another couple who were just checking in. 5 flights-ridiculous! I love the location and the brand but they need to do better-technology is great-when it works!!!!"
