Generous hot breakfasts included. Everything in room in great working condition. Easy access to tube, buses and giant Sainsbury. Will stay again for sure.

I loved it here! I was treated like a queen by a lovely person named Grace. The whole place was clean and comfortable, the water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect, the bed was deliciously cozy, and the coffee service in the room was perfectly well stocked. Thank you.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel in a wonderful neighborhood.

I cannot say enough about our stay at Hand and Flower! The location was perfect (close to all modes of public transportation), the food was delicious (the inlcuded breakfast is the most generous we have ever experienced)… a comfy bed and updated amenities (charging stations, tea and coffee service, bathrobes)… this was our first visit to London and when we return we will be staying at The Hand and Flower!

Great stay!

I booked well in advance based on the locale (Bloomsbury), positive reviews, and bargain pricing compared to other area hotels. My room was a twin bed single + ensuite. Compact. No room for a desk, chair, wardrobe or such if that's what you need, but was fine with me. The Parkwood front desk staff really went out of their way to help us out. We arrived well before check-in on a Saturday morning and were able to drop off our bags and head off into town. Very friendly, easy check-in process when we returned during which they apologized for placing us on the 4th floor (last double room available; we knew that when we booked) and offered to move us for the remaining two nights. When we came back to the hotel the following evening, the new room was ready and our...

Short stop, room clean and had Netflix :), breakfast was included and very decent potion/selection, cooked as opposed to left out like a buffet.

Needed cost effective location for 5 people for a weekend in London. Quick walk from Paddington, great location sand excellent value.

The owner was very friendly and acccommodating

It’s a small inn but the chef is super creative evidence d by locals eating in their restaurant as well.
