"Lovely home and in walking distance to NCCU. Neighbors are students so it gets pretty loud and busy, but not so bad that I wouldn't request this home again. NCCU band practice is loud but comes with the area you are in. I enjoyed it because I am a product of an HBCU, but may bother others. All in all I love the home and enjoyed my stay for the week I was there."

"The tiny home was a lovely spot for my husband, myself and our big dog! It's just off 15-501 so while there isn't a sidewalk right there, you can scoot on down to Poplar for a nice saunter with your pup. The property was beautiful and clean and everything we needed. - a small kitchenette, a lovely shower/bathroom and plenty of room to move around. Admittedly we live in the mountains so it was a bit too wark for us to sit outside but the front area is so cute with a few chairs and a cozy hammock....

It was during hurricane Helene so there was a bit of spider activity and leaves everywhere however the host reached out to clean it up while we were there. I thought this house was great for the price and the location! Will visit again!"
