"We had a great one night stay. Location is perfect! The area is peaceful & quiet & close to the things we had planned to see & do. On site restaurant was convenient. Room was spacious & comfortable. Place was very clean. Would stay here again if in the area."

One-of-a-Kind Views! Private Seaside Sanctuary & Nature Lover's Paradise

"Fabulous place, fabulous host! The setting is beautiful, and we appreciated the absolute privacy and quiet. We saw so many kinds of birds and other wildlife here. The large decks and variety of smaller decks were perfect for hanging out with our beers and binoculars! We visited West Quoddy Head and Campobello, hiked some great trails, and had a few delicious meals in Lubec-- but we enjoyed MOST our time spent at the Seaside Sanctuary!"

In Town Private Studio with Hot Tub!

"The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water both in bathroom and hot tub. We had to wash a couple of dishes that had film on them. There was a nice size fridge with freezer and popcorn and coffee were provided. There was removable screens on all windows which allowed nice fresh air in. It also allowed in some small bugs as hard to seal completely. The right stove burner really jumps out when lit a blast of fire so be careful. There was enough kitchen items for use. The bathroom towels were comfortable as well the sheets. The parking was spacious and the apartment was very private being in back of the house above the garage. Overall this was a very comfortable and covenient place to stay to do all we wanted and to get back and forth quickly ro Campobella Island. Be sure to time your time there to walk over the low tide to see the lighthouse. The small village right nearby offered good ice cream and lobster sandwiches. Lubec has become one of our most favorite places to visit. We got to explore the Bold Coast less than half hour away as well. Well worth your time!!"

"Seascape is a cozy and comfortable cottage with a wonderful location. The view from the front porch is spectacular, and it's just a short walk down to the beach. The cottage is well kept, has comfortable furniture and bedding, and has a great kitchen and dining area. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises, breakfast on the porch, and long walks on the beach. It was quiet and serene. The location provides easy access to West Quoddy Head, Campobello Island, and many fine hiking areas, including those of Cobscook Shores. Debra is an outstanding host."
