"Highly recommend this hotel. From coming in through the door, where we received a lovely welcome, right through to leaving, the staff were friendly, helpful and just wanted to do their best for you. Our accessible room was great, on the ground floor near the bar/dining room and had a lovely wet room. The hotel is ideal walking distance to the town. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and we couldn't use the outdoor terrace - it looked lovely though, Lots of selection for breakfast. The hotel organised a taxi for us to take us to Pisa airport with a stop at the Leaning Tower - really great service and lovely driver. Highly recommend"

"A very easy place to stay in Lucca that is 20 seconds from the train station. All of the hotels and rentals in the old walls are not that quick or easy to get to, and driving within the walls is practically impossible so even taxis can’t always get you there. A good breakfast with options, and very friendly staff throughout. Great value for the money. "

"Beautiful property, well maintained. The room was beautifully decorated and the location within a 10 minute walk from the walls of Lucca. Enjoyed my stay and would consider staying again in the future if visiting the area."

"A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available. The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant. Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from with healthy options and sweet treats. The fish restaurant next door was really nice and had a good choice of meals and wines. Our room (65) was well equipped and a decent size, as was the bathroom but the small shower cubicle was a disappointment given the overall size of the bathroom."

"This is a bare bones hotel. Front desk is only staffed on a part time basis. If you need anything ask the cleaning staff. No breakfast, coffee, or vending machines. Nicely remodeled though."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Location of the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. This will be my go-to -place next time I visit."
