"This is a lovely grand hotel, you really couldn't get a much better location at the foot of Lake Como. Our room looked directly over the lake, access to the shops and multitude of restaurants took only a few minutes. The hotel had lovely period features, dining room was stunning and our room though on the small side was very cosy, the bed exceptionally comfortable and had more than adequate storage. Breakfast was good and the cleaners did a brilliant job. All in all highly recommended."

One of the true highlights was the spa experience with Lisa, whose lymphatic drainage massage was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was truly one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and professional, and the service throughout was top-notch. We can’t wait to return for our wedding celebrations.
