The free use of facilities (gym & pool) was a bonus although do expect children’s classes going on as well. Hotel in good location as McDonald’s & KFC just a min away plus few othe shops. "Check in was very smooth. Great location at a walkable distance to Clifford's Tower and The Shambles. Also close to multiple bus stops if you are traveling further. The room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping came by every day to refresh the room. They also held our luggage for us the day that we checked out so that we could go explore the city without lugging around our things. "
