"When we walked into this property we were excited at the unique elegance of the interior of this flat. It was ideally located near reataurants and pubs to enjoy. We also used the tram (5 pounds per person per day for unlimited trips) which allowed us to get to Old town Edinburgh in 3 wtops to St. Andrew square. We really enjoyed our stay and the location is great."

"The apt was well situated for comfort and easy access to all of St Andrew’s. With 2 locations in town they have a lot of options for single and group travel. I really liked the premium feel to the apartments and was well taken care of in communication with their staff when I had questions during and the option to leave my. Ava before my trip home was very welcome. Thank you!"

"This was such a great to stay for our few days in Leith. Light, bright, oh so spacious and even came with a washing machine! Yes the condition of the entranceway and corridor did leave much to be desired but once inside the apartment we could see why it received such good reviews. The owner emailed us regularly to see how we were getting on and provided so much interesting information about the area. It was great! Thank you for a lovely stay!"

" The host was very helpful as we had difficulty finding the apartment due to road closures and diversions but when I first went in through the door I was shocked at the state of the property. The flat smelt dirty, and of mould and on inspection it was filthy, no cleaning had been done. Dust on all services, food on utensils, mould and dirt on door handles, rubbish on the floor. "We were almost not able to gain access and had no one to contact for help. This is totally unacceptable. We tried over and over to get the access code to open the door. Finally gave up and approached garage owner across the street. He said he had watched other guests suffer the same problem. He came over and tried to assist us. Finally between him and my son, the gate opened. Had it not, we would have been forced to tried to find a hotel in a strange town after dark. This totally unacceptable,...

"This was a nice apartment that we stayed in. It was really clean. I mean, there weren't even dust bunnies behind the TV. The towels were nice. The beds were nice. The owner was super friendly. The kitchen was equipped with most of what we needed to make meals. The building and parking was really secure. The apartment had lots of space. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our family loved our stay at this wonderful property! It was easy and convenient with tram and bus stops nearby as well as many excellent restaurants and services. Edinburgh is magical and this house had real charm which added to our lovely stay. The only draw back is the WiFi was spotty. This can be a challenge when traveling because most cell plans charge by data use when going international. Having wifi at your hotel becomes crucial so you don’t use up all your data. Other than that everything was perfect! Thank you so much! "

Good Value, comfortable and lovely staff

"My sister and I stayed here on the last day of a trip to Scotland. The hotel was at the end of being refurbished and was very clean with newly decorated rooms. Very comfortable and a good breakfast was served. We also ate evening meal here as there is nothing else within walking distance. There was not a huge choice but our fish and chips was good. Good value and all the staff were very friendly."

"Breakfast could have been a bit more organised. At times staff were stretched in coping with a lot of people arriving at the same time. Perhaps think about giving people a choice of times so arrivals were staggered. Food itself was a bit cold and served on cold plates. Otherwise a nice stay at hotel. Room comfy as well as bed. Staff helpful. "

"We stayed for one night and it was BEYOND our expectations. From the check in, during our stay, to check out, AMAZING. The food was wonderful. At dinner, our server was very informational and educational about the food and the drink. We didn't do any shopping while there and we arrived by Uber, so no parking necessary. Highly recommend! "
