"A nice place in a great location, close to transport, a park & nice shops. The room we stayed in was perhaps a bit more run-down than the website pictures let on (chipped paint & scuffed walls, precariously hung curtains, loud squeaky hinges on door, and a tricky knob on bathroom door). But it was clean & the complimentary sherry was a cute touch. "

"This was a quaint establishment - a cross between an AB&B and hotel It had a shared fridge , little dining area and very friendly staff to help us up the stairs with our luggage , borrow us an extra converter and charger and provide assistance on so many other levels ! Rooms were clean and provided coffee, toiletries and a closet to hang a few things . I would highly recommend them !! "

"Shirley and Margaret were lovely hosts! The room is so cute, the place is very clean, and it was quiet and comfortable. It’s on a quiet street away from the festivities of Old Town but close enough to easily catch an Uber or bus. The #11 bus runs right in front of the guest house and takes you to Princes St where it’s an easy walk to everything. Buses are easy to take, tap your credit card and have a seat- no tickets required. There were small two cafes nearby we went for breakfast, Kukina...

"Amazing bed and breakfast in a perfect location for us, for attending Fringe Festival, with bus stop directly outside and regularly buses. We received a very friendly welcome and our room was a good size with very comfortable big beds, tv, tea and coffee facilities which were renewed each day, plenty of towels, and complimentary slippers with a lovely view overlooking a park. We hadn't ordered breakfast but on the last day we decided we would and left our order the night before. Nothing was too...

"Tom and Rowena are gorgeous hosts in this beautiful place in Leith. The breakfast options are aplenty, on top of a good small buffet of fruit, yoghurt and cold cuts. Our room was comfortable, clean and homely. The only downside was the bathroom and toilet were kinda tiny so just take it into account if you need more space. Would definitely stay again 10/10 recommend this to others - as it's within 3 minutes' walk of at least 3 different bus routes."
