"This apartment in the medieval part of Coimbra is close to sights, shopping and cafes. We recommend the friendly cafe at the top of the street. The property is as lovely and well-appointed as in the listing. Just off the Old Cathedral square, although a narrow, cobbled street it is a bit of a thoroughfare. If you are not accustomed to city noise at night it may not be for you. There is also quite a bit of ambient light at night. There are shutters to block the light but they will block the night...

"This location was great for our night in Coimbra. It is in the centre and easy to walk around. Check in and check out was simple. Bathroom needs a little updating and could have been cleaner, but for a short stay, it was just fine."

"This is a simple apt but has the essentials. A bit shabby but beds and showers were good. Great location but difficult to find. The property manager was great as she came and found us and took us to the apt. She also provided helpful info. Very responsive."
