"We enjoyed our stay but there was no phone signal at all. "

"The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat...

"Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended"

"Another stay at this luxury property, everything you would ask for. Look forward to my future stays. Thank you"

"Perfect in every way. Devastated that the property will not be on the rental market next year."

"Everything was spotless and the house was well stocked with everything you would need. As soon as you arrive you fall in love with the view, and it’s a great location to access Dartmouth by ferry (so easy) and the steam train, etc (even if the walk back is a little steep). The terrace provides a great place for a summer evening dinner. Will definitely go back if in Dartmouth again."

"Lovely little house, location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again."
