Service was exemplary from check-in to bar staff (Hayad was beyond amazing) to the restaurant staff to housekeeping). Do not miss the breakfast buffet or the river view at dinner. Definitely coming back"

"I left with a bad taste in my mouth because the tour company recommended by the hotel was horrible and when I went to leave my complaint in front desk the response was (super rude) that next time I would look for my tour online …. I left the property sad and disappointed, wanting to return to Luxor but not to stay with you guys. NEVER 👎 "
