"Not fancy at all but clean, comfortable, good location close to train station. Lots of hot water for a shower. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was available and it was very good. Staff were very helpful and I was able to check in early which was very much appreciated."

"Wonderful little hotel. Will stay again when in lovely Luzern"

"Wonderful. Charming hotel. Breakfast is very nice. Little bite far from the train station but well worth it."

"Nice little hotel in a great location. Nice and close to the train station, lake, shopping and the bridge. Only bad thing was the WiFi was pretty much non existent up in the room and the furniture pieces were too big for the room, couldn’t even open the bathroom door all the way."

"Fantastic location, friendly staff, clean. Would stay there again."

"With the exception of the dinner, everything was good. B/F was excellent, hotel staff and restaurant personnel were great, room was clean & quiet, but the dinner (cook by an Italian chef apparently) was under par."

"Location, staff, old world/contemporary feel. Breakfast excellent."

"Great location. Tiny room, much smaller than expected. Bed was not comfortable, no air conditioning, steep sets of stairs to reach rooms."
