"Lorenso is a scammer.. took our money, when we got there no reservation found....not even him..but the Holiday Inn honored the price so we did get room. Room had musty smell but nice."

"Horrible communication, host cancelled a day before my trip. As it was a festival we were attending so room rates were astronomical . So here I go 3 hrs on the phone with Expedia/vrbo to make sure I would get a refund. Worst experience ever."
