"The rooms are very clean and tidy. The walk to get ice or breakfast experience is absolutely not 5 star and barely 4 star. Keys stopped working several times for several guest. But the front desk was very professional and responsive to anything and very hospitable. At the end of the day, the staff made this 3 star hotel a 4 star hotel experience that I was satisfied with."

The breakfast was minimal but the staff was friendly and I left my car at the property until I returned from the event I was attending which ended before noon which made things easy."
