"Awesome hotel. Awesome customer service. Awesome location for tansports and eateries. If you like sea views, you can do like what I did. I visited many different rooftop bars and restaurants with sea views."

"It’s in the heart of the city so it’s close to public transit, shopping centres, restaurants. Good airconditioning and water pressure. Has blackout curtains. But for the price we paid, the room was tiny - We only had 3 luggages which already occupied most of the remaining floor space not occupied by the bed and the table. We could only open one luggage at a time. The hair dryer is barely working. Queen bed was actually 2 single beds put together. There’s no exhaust in the washroom/toilet."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating, it was a simple process to check in, the hotel was very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect. Very close to many shops and the city, easy access to the subway, for the accessibility to travel around. The cleaning service was respectful and kept my room clean. The room itself was very nice, great view. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of coming to Hong Kong."

"Staff was so friendly and the room was nice. However the room amenity are outdated. A 24 inches TV is too small for watching on the bed. The sink' s hot and cold water control were too tight. The carpet need to be cleaned. "

"It was our family’s first time in Hong Kong and overall the hotel was exceptional. However, the front desk staff during check-in was rude. I believe they should be more polite and willing to answer questions, especially for tourists who may not speak the language. On the other hand, housekeeping was exceptional"
