Pool and private beach are wonderful and staffs are very kind. They cleaned the room three times a day.

I love that the hotel is right next to the SM mall, very convenient to shop for things we need, the breakfast buffet at Féria and at the 20th floor club lounge are super delicious. Most of all the hotel staff are very helpful, courteous, and super friendly.

Imagine being swept off your feet at all avenues during a hotel stay because that’s what this place does. I booked the oceanfront villa and WOW!!! This hotel puts that extra personal touch on class and service. Along with my villa I received tea, snacks, welcome necklace and separate personalized check in away from the crowd. Next I was escorted all the way to my villa whom had my luggage delivered to me. Participated in a cultural ritual before entering my villa, shown every aspect of my room...

Staff is UNMATCHED and superb. Hotel sits right on the beach with 2 pools. There are plenty of beach chairs by the pool and on the beach. We only walked on the beach because it was just too hot to sit out there. Breakfast buffet had everything, Asian and western. There are plenty of activities to do on the resort. We saw people snorkeling, doing yoga, playing volleyball, etc. They have 24-hrs room service, which was great because we checked into our hotel about 10pm so was able to order...

it is old hotel but amazing the water pressure of the shower, i really like.. The pool also the best💖 But the front desk staff, sorry to say not Good for me

This property was absolutely amazing. The staff was so nice and caring. We enjoyed 3 different massages at the spa and they were all different, thorough, and incredibly well done! We did the BiPolar excursion which was truly special, and got a driver (Raylen) for a city tour that created memories we will cherish for a lifetime. Great resort, can’t wait to go back! Thank you for everything!

Another excellent stay at the Lex! The restaurant has a good selection of excellent food and the rooms are clean and made up every day. The staff are kind and courteous and second to none! Thank you for making my birthday an memorable experience.

It's a good place where you can feel your home away from home. The staff is very hospitable and accommodating. The area property is perfect for all types of gatherings. Well-lit surrounding. Most of what I enjoyed was the smell and aroma of my morning coffee served by a very friendly staff. Highly recommended place to travelers and other groups as well. It was a wonderful experience to have stayed and met the people there.

One of the better resorts I've stayed in. Great place for family. 9 pools at your disposal. Beautiful beach area and a floating water park. Great value for your money. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel worked out great for me and my guest. We loved the Philippine food selection on the buffet breakfast each morning. I asked the hotel management for special arrangements to be made prior to my arrival and everything was done perfectly. The staff is great. The bed, pillows, TV, Shower, refrigerator and microwave were great. I had no complaints. There were some little bitty ants in the room but to be honest I think they are everywhere in the Philippines and caused me no problems. ...

Very nice hotel, what I call a garden hotel. With large garden surrounding the hotel property. I feel like I am coming home when at this hotel. Very good security here. Very convenient to the Country Mall.

I stay at this hotel everytime I go to Cebu. I like that it is great location, the rooftop bar is awesome, there's a dipping pool, small gym, sauna/massage and the food/restaurant there is pretty good.
