"It was a wonderful experience! All the staff were friendly, helpful, and had excellent communication. Jane at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, Ivan was very accommodating in assisting us to our room, and Nels the pool attendant was a pleasure to talk to. Housekeeping’s Ceejay was always quick to assist, while Jerome promptly resolved a hot water issue and later handled our check-out smoothly, even addressing our concerns with the manager. "I have stayed here in January and it was a nice place with Great Staff, there is construction on a new restaurant however minimal issues with it. Overall we were very happy with our last stay as well."

"The customer service was amazing. Parking was very easy. The room was clean, and they gave us a complimentary mango. the pool was clean, and the beach was perfect. The A/C in the room was very cold. I will stay again in the future."

"The hotel was nice overall but it could use some upgrades. We had issues closing our sliding patio door and the shower knob leaked. But overall we had a pleasant stay. Nice beach during high tide, pool and hot tub area. Just need to supervise guests with children to not use hot tub as a kiddie pool. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. "
