"One of the prettiest and best places I’ve stayed. Everything you could want out of a stay in Vermont! They went above and beyond to make it a great experience! "
"Even before we had gotten there, the staff is friendly and helpful and on the ball with everything property is quiet and safe in where we stayed was clean, warm and just what we needed."
"Nice to go to a room at the end of a long drive and have the room be clean. It was great for what we were looking for - just a place to rest our heads while we went visiting family in Vermont."

"So friendly, and spot-on with recommendations, including suggesting we dine right away, before the fabulous restaurant closed! Convenient location to all we wanted to do. Great activity recommendations!"
"Absolutely BEAUTIFUL home with everything you need for your stay! Location is perfect! Quiet and secluded but a quick ride to restaurants, activities and shopping. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
Charming and spacious 5BR located in the heart of Waitsfield. Close to amenities
10/10 Excellent
"The property and furnishings/contents are wonderful. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location couldn't have been better. We were attending a family wedding and getting to just about everything was so convenient. Great hiking options are just a short drive away, and we appreciated all the great information the host/hostess provides for. I will note that because the house is a historical home (I have to believe), there is somewhat of an antique smell when you first arrive, but once you're in the door and settled you don't even continue to notice. "
"The house was beautiful, clean and had spectacular views. The host was easy to work with, and our group loved using the pizza oven and hot tub. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your property! We hope to be back for ski season. "
"This place hit all the boxes for our annual family trip. For context, that included 7 adults and 5 kids. The place: Plenty of space on the main floor for everyone to get together. 3 large bedrooms upstairs, and 2 on the basement level - one has bunk beds. There’s also an in-law style studio apartment above the garage, so 1 of the couples had a nice from the kids. Plenty of cooking items, plates, cups…and I appreciate the full spice rack, coffee, and other things that are annoying to run out to grab (foil, ziplock bags, cooking oil, etc.). The hot tub was clean and easy to use. There are plenty of separate towels so that you don’t need to use shower towels. The views are amazing!!! Full view of Mt. Ellen and partial of Sugarbush. Facing West, so sunsets were on full display. The Area:Waitsfield was perfect for what we needed. We were there in August, so we hiked, jumped off cliffs into very cold water, went on some hilly runs, played mini golf at a surprisingly awesome place, and the adults were able to have a great night out (Lawson’s brewery, then Madbush for cocktails, and finally Afterthoughts for a great 90’s DJ). We went in summer, but I can clearly see the appeal of this area during ski season. The management team was very responsive to anything I would put as a negative, so it isn’t worth mentioning. If “quaint” and “outdoors” are your keywords, this is a great place to stay. "
