"We had a lovely 3 night stay at The Blue Mansion. The hotel has a fascinating history and as a resident you can join one of the twice daily tours to find out more. The bedroom was huge and the air conditioning very efficient. The bed was the biggest we’ve ever slept in and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. We had breakfast in the hotel. There was a choice of fruit juices, cereal and fresh fruit. You could order a cooked breakfast and there was bread available to toast and a choice of 2 cakes. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Would highly recommend. "

"What a fabulous hotel, staff are amazing. It was my birthday during my stay and I had cake and a fruit platter arrive at our room. We upgraded to an executive room, which also gave us access to the lounge. Breakfast was brilliant, the first place that the food was actually hot. "

"There are two wings that are separate hotels with the same name . You may want to choose the old one. No changing room in the other one. However nice swimming pool and restaurant on the 6th floor and professional staff "

"Not really. Was preset menu and ordered and then wait. I usually like grab and go if there is no buffet option"

"Very comfortable room. Staff were helpful. We would have liked more help from the restaurant when it came to my wife's need for gluten free food. We tried to have dinner there one night and were offered only one choice which would have been a very basic meal. For breakfast my wife was informed by the staff that "all bread is gluten free", it's not! I would have thought that being part of the Shangri-La group, your staff and kitchen could do better here. Otherwise we had a good stay"
