"I have stated this hotel for years. I have never been disappointed with the room, amenities or staff. It's a go-to for me."

"If you get a room from Expedia / you get the lowest room at the hotel. We got stuck in the corner next to the air-conditioner unit that cooled the entire building, super loud and they said I could change ( after standing in line almost 45 minutes again) new room faced a wall / literally looked out the window into a wall. You get the worst room all because we booked on hotels.com (Expedia). We left after one night / zero refund"
