"We had a great stay and enjoyed GrandStay very much! The staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub were nice. The sheets were AMAZING. Our little slept in until almost 10 when breakfast was over, but they were still very accommodating and let us grab breakfast as they should have been cleaning up. The troll outside was fun and sparked our interest to find more! We haven't been to Mount Horeb before, but we will be back!"

"I found the staff to be extremely helpful. I had to check out before 5:15 am to catch an early flight and one of the staff members offered to set up the coffee service for me, even though it was over an hour before they normally serve breakfast, so I could grab a cup of coffee on my way out. It was a small thing but it made my day! Next time I’m in Madison I’ll be staying here. 🤗"
