"Me hospedé ahí con amigos y pareja el mes de agosto 2026,es algo que tienen que vivir cada una de las experiencias de ese Hotel, el servicio a el cliente es algo extra espectacular, la limpieza, el olor y ambiente de el local es impresionante, casi todo queda cerca de la propiedad. El desayuno 10/10 delicioso,todas las estaciones limpias y asequibles,mi habitación me encantó, tenía vistas espectaculares y sí claro que volvería ahí y claro que lo recomiendo a todos💯no se van a arrepentir, así que aquí los invito a visitarlo y pasarla genial ☺️🤩✨"

"The most important thing about the hotel is its location. Close to Madrid-downtown and the airport. Convenient in all aspects. Trains, buses, restaurants, shops. Staff very helpful, the breakfast very inclusive for the price. the rooms are spacious and clean. Two items which I kind of dislike about the hotel but they are not killers. First, the A/C on the room couldn't be shutoff completely and the elevators situation. This is my third time staying at this hotel and in all three occasions, one of the elevators is out of service. This makes the waiting time a bit exhausting. Other than that, it's well worth it."

"Clean eooms. Honestly the complimentary breakfast was the highlight for me. Definitely would return for that. Low light was having issues with the room key constantly not working and having to get it reprogrammed each day, quite annoying."

"This hotel is a great find, I have booked it only for one night as I had to move to another city next morning. This location is very close to main metro station Nuevos Ministerios. This station is very well connected to other metro lines and straight train to Madrid Airport. Unit was amazingly spacious, separate bedroom, big living room with sofas and study table, Kitchen in the closet, fully equipped. To my surprise there was a balcony as well. Air condition worked very well and it was quite. Lots of local bakery, restaurants and Tapas around the hotel where free tapa comes with your drink. Whole unit was very clean, staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was seamless."

"The hostel was lovely, we stayed in the three bed bedroom which came with fresh towels for both face and body, 4 hangers, a bin, a pull up table and chair, a TV, AC and two bedside tables. I think there were about 3 outlets in the room, two by the bed and one by the table. Our room was situated just next to the mixed bathroom which had two large showers (with a citrus scented body wash), two sinks (with one hair dryer) and two toilets. There are also men only and women only bathrooms on the other floors. There is also a laundry room which was 3€/4€ to wash and dry per machine as well as a luggage room which had lockers if needed. During our stay we went for breakfast included which was served from 8am-11am. Breakfast had three choices of cereals, whole milk, lactose free milk, oat milk, mini baguette breads, mini croissants, mini pain au chocolate, selection of hams and cheese, scrambled eggs, quiche and sausages, spreads like butter and jams, yoghurts, teas, hot chocolate and coffeee. (Think that’s pretty much it) The common area has adequate seats and is never really too busy, it comes with a fridge which u can use and label ur food. There is also games and such provided in the common room. Room cleaning is every 3 days and bathrooms are cleaned what seems to be 2x a day. There is free WiFi and no noise between 10pm-9am, along with other general rules such as no smoking and no guests etc. All in all, our stay felt more like a hotel with a shared bathroom instead. Nice!"

"Nice city hotel… good rooms, quiet, clean and tidy and fairly good size. Staff mostly friendly, a couple of less helpful or less friendly experiences - particularly the inside bar area. Outdoor pool very cold and a massive fight for sunloungers each day if it’s sunny… nowhere near enough for the number of guests. Breakfast is pleasant though not a huge range. Eggs cooked to order were good though a queue forms at busier times. Coffee is from a machine and average. For the rest of the day there is only a limited food range from the bar, though what they have is quite nice. No restaurant beyond that. Location wise, easy to get to by train from the airport. Not a huge amount near it, and longer than you’d realise from the map getting into the centre of the city and popular tourist spots. Nonetheless, we did enjoy our stay and would consider going again for the right price."
