Wonderful family holiday!

Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday.

This was our second stay at The Big House as we enjoyed our first stay so much. It was just right for a family holiday where your main concern is to relax, swim, enjoy the sun and spend time with family. The house has everything needed for a perfect holiday. The house has been improved since our first stay with the addition of air conditioning, which made all the difference to getting a good night's sleep Highly recommended.

The villa was amazing and had everything that the children needed for an amazing holiday . Pool was great children spent all day in it having fun . Christian was amazing and was always ready to help whilst there and for preparing our trip. We had so much space outdoors also with lots of shade if needed .

A Fantastic Place For a Family Holiday

We stayed in the Big House at the end of August and had a fantastic time. There were 10 of us, 7 adults and three children ranging from 6-12 years old. The photos of the house on the listing do not really do it justice. The house is beautiful , it's beautifully furnished, and has everything you need for a family holiday. The outside kitchen and eating area by the pool is great. We spent most of our time either there or in the pool. We had planned to go to the fiesta in Alcala de Henares but the house is actually about 4km from Alcala, the map on the listing isn't accurate ( at least it isn't at this time) , this didn't turn out to be a problem as the house is so amazing no one wanted to go out much. The only reason I have given only 4 stars for the listing is because of the inaccurate map. There are no shops nearby so a car is essential. Fredric, the owner was really helpful, although he was away at the time of our stay so I never met him apart from via WhatsApp. None of the bedrooms had air conditioning, although all but one had fans. The upstairs rooms get very hot at that time of the year at about 32C at night. We found a portable air-conditioning unit in the house which we used in the main upstairs bedroom. My family had a really good time at the Big House. We are hoping to return in a couple of years time.

La vivienda está súper equipada, tiene una ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo pero no en el centro urbano. Es el sitio ideal para pasar con familia, amigos o simplemente para desconectar.La propiedad atiende todas las consultas o necesidades al momento.Nosotros hemos pasado una semana en familia y hemos disfrutado muchísimo y la casa está súper equipada para niños de todas las edades. Dispone de juegos, colchonetas de piscina , una canasta …. En fin vimos a nuestros hijos solo para comer .

A hidden Oasis

The property was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for the family to gather for meals and the pool was a blessing during a 105 degree heat wave. The host was easy to reach and communicated with us when necessary.

Great large villa with garden, pool and jacuzzi.

We had a great time at this large villa. It's located in a quiet residential area. The villa was v clean. We enjoyed eating outside and the electric BBQ. The jacuzzi was good fun

Amazing house , fantastic holidays

We have just spent the new years eve with my family at this house . We were 11 people and the house is so big and has so much space that we could relax and enjoy the time together . The inside and outside space is fantastic and everything is very well maintaned. Christian was very kind and his response time very fast . Amazing family holiday . Thinking about coming back in the summer time to be able to use the fantastic swimming pool . Thanks again Christian .

Il y a un écart de localisation entre l'annonce et le mail du gérant : il existe une calle oviedo à alcala de henares (l'annonce) et à l'urbanizacion Zulema ou se situe la location ( 8km entre les deux). Merci au gérant pour son mail trois jours avant notre départ, nous indiquant l'urbanizacion Zulema ! Sinon très bon séjour, merci

Sehr großes, sehr gut eingerichtetes Objekt. Riesiger Pool. Auch für Kinder viele Aktivitäten am Objekt. Ruhige Lage in einer Einfamiliensiedlung. Auch für Kinder sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns mit 12 Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein eigenes Auto vor Ort ist zu empfehlen.

Outstanding villa, in peaceful area

We have just returned from spending a week at this magnificent villa. With 12 persons this villa provided ample space and privacy for all. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. The highlight of this villa is the external area and large swimming pool. Soaked in sunshine all day, the pool provided entertainment for the kids all week. Plenty of shade provided, with a lovely outside seating kitchen area. Nicolas the owner was extremely welcoming and helpful on our arrival, ensuring that we settled in well. There is use of a small car, allowing us to make trips to the supermarket close by. The only minor downside to the villa is there is no A/c, but there are a number of fans. All in all, this is an amazing villa for a relaxing family holiday. Would most certainly return here and highly recommend to others.

Maison très grande et très agréable Nous avons passé un mois de vacances au calme sans vis à vis Alcala de henares n'est pas très loin en voiture Le seul petit hic je dirais que sans la climatisation lorsqu'il fait plus de 35 degrés dans la maison cela devient un peu compliqué surtout la nuit Les propriétaires sont très agréables et a l'écoute Magnifique piscine ainsi que les extérieurs, cuisine sous le patio ca c'est super top En résumé très belle location À essayer les yeux fermés Bonne continuation et qui sait peut-être à bientôt

Una sola parola ... SPETTACOLARE!!!

Villa disposta su tre piani: il piano romano ha un grandissimo salone, un''ampia cucina all'americana con annesso bagno e due ampie camere da letto matrimoniali con bagno in camera; il primo piano ha un salone immenso con due letti singoli e vari divani, una grandissima camera da letto e un bagno altrettanto grande con vasca idromassaggio a centro; il piano seminterrato ha un saloncino con un angolo attrezzato a palestra, un bagno e quattro camere da letto matrimoniali. All'esterno vari gazebo attrezzati con tavoli, sedie e divani, una cucina con barbecue in pietra più altri elettrici, un altro bagno, una sala bar e un tavolo da ping-pong, il tutto condito da una grande piscina dotata di sedie sdraio e lettini prendisole, teli da mare, ecc. Grande simpatia e disponibilità di Frédéric, il proprietario, che all'occorrenza è venuto prontamente a risolverci un piccolo problema nonostante reduce da un intervento al piede (tanti auguri di pronta guarigione!!!), oltre ad averci messo a disposizione una Mercedes Classe A (che ha però una limitata percorrenza, ma ci è stata utilissima). A 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di La Garena (consigliata rispetto a quella di Alcalà in quanto un po' più vicina e con ampia disponibilità di parcheggio), a 5 minuti dal Mercadona, ampio e fornitissimo supermercato, molto conveniente per qualità e prezzi e accanto al quale c'è una stazione di servizio, a 25 minuti dall'aeroporto. Devo aggiungere altro?!?

Très belle adresse!!

La villa est juste au top, spacieuse, agréable, fonctionnelle...Tout a été mis à notre disposition pour que l'on passe un super séjour. La piscine est grande ainsi que tous les extérieurs. Frédéric est très accueillant et sympathique, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!! De très très bons souvenirs

We stayed at this villa for 6 days and thoroughly enjoyed it! there were only 5 of us but it would have comfortably housed 10-12. The villa and facilities inside are perfect for big families/groups. Outdoor area with kitchen is ideal. We did not hire a car and managed to get around using taxi's/ local bus' (although sometimes unreliable). A welcome pack with info on the area (such as map to nearest supermarket etc) and household may have been helpful as we didn't meet the owner until the 3rd day. The estate where the villa is situated is very quiet and there is not much going on, apart from tennis courts and one bar. However, the local city, Alcala de Henares is only a 10 minute cab journey away. The city is beautiful and has lots of great bars and restaurants. We would have loved to use the bikes in the villa, however many were unusable unfortunately. We really loved the villa and would definitely recommend for all groups. Frederic is very helpful and easily contactable. Thanks again!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances : villa très agréable , spacieuse et confortable . C'est encore mieux en vrai , par rapport aux photos ! Tables extérieures , on peut prendre nos repas à 12 ..plusieurs salons de jardin ...Piscine extra ! Villa très bien équipée ( 4 salles de bain , cuisine très fonctionnelle ) . Aucun vis à vis et quartier résidentiel calme . Villa à une demi- heure de Madrid , ce qui permet de nombreuses visites de la ville . Alcala de Hénares est à 15 min : à voir également . Plein de visites à faire aux alentours :Tolède , la sierra de Guadarrama , Ségovie, Avila .Le propriétaire est de bons conseils , très à l'écoute et réactif tout en restant discret. Nous recommandons vivement cette location . .

un magnifique endroit

Nous avons reçu un accueil adorable par des propriétaires très sympas et disponibles. La maison est superbe, grande, très soignée et particulièrement au calme. Le super marché est à 5 mn en voiture et Madrid à 15mn. Bref un endroit idéal pour séjourner à Madrid au calme et en toute quiétude. Nous recommandons tout particulièrement cet endroit ou nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir de retour à Madrid. Un très bon r
