The apartment is on the fourth floor WITH ELEVATOR of a modern building and has been recently renovated keeping the charm of the wood beams. The apartment faces calle Mayor but has soundproof windows, so you can't hear the hassle and bussle of the street. Furthermore, the double bedroom is interior, so there your rest and is fully guaranteed. Furnished and equipped with great detail, so you do not miss anything and feel at home from the start.



The apartment is composed of:



- A living room with a balcony to the street, sofa TV and dining space for 4 people.- Master bedroom with super comfortable bed of 150 * 200 and a large closet.- Second room with with bunk beds suitable for 2 kids or 2 adults and closet.- Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and eat at home, including stove, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.- Bathroom with shower.- Air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom.



Of course, there is Wi-Fi on the flat and we have a rental travel cot (on request) with a cost of 10 euros per stay. During your stay we will provide one set of towels per person and bedding, should you require more there is an extra cost (€15). You will also find an iron, hair dryer and other items for a pleasant stay. No smoking in the apartment. In case of smoking, we will charge €100 as penalty.
