Good location of the apartment, good and quick answers in the chat with the host (only in spanish which was a bit challenging in the check in process itself). Shopping Center and Public Transport nearby.

The place is really small and it’s a very old apartment. It’s a small hallway and each room literally had only a space for a bed and that’s it. The bathroom was small and smelled a little. The walls had smudges all over the apartment. It needs to be re painted. And cleaned a little better

The room linens were dirty, the bathroom was tiny, there was no AC, and I could barely fit in the shower. The water in the basin went so slowly, and there were unfinished walls and unfinished paint. Overall, the room was very outdated.

The neighbourhood is fine, not far from Usera or Legazpi metro stations. The appartment is clean but a bit damaged on the ground. The walls are thin, so you hear everything from the neighbours. The communication with the host is good, but it was not the person who welcomed us and he was lost in the many appartment rent, it was not a good feeling.

Impossible to use the shower.

I booked this listing to be able to use the washing machine. We arrived on a Sunday and there were no clothespins to hang the clothes in the line. It was a challenge finding them with so much closed on Sunday. The shower is angled so that both short me and my vwey tall husband had to shower while holing the sprayer.

The shower and bathroom are a nightmare. There is no control of shower and you need to stop your shower to allow basin to drain so it doesn’t flood the floor, a clear longstanding issue. No hot water in kitchen or dishwasher but expected to wash dishes for your next meal and next guests. Location a plus

L’hébergement est situé à proximité du métro.salle de bain très petite pas de brosse pour les toilettes. deux logement dans un appartement ce qui fait que le logement est très bruyant surtout la nuit L’appartement mériterait d’être rafraîchie peinture à revoir. La cuisine est extrêment petit. je ne reviendrais pas dans cet appartement.

Bien situado. Piso muy sencillo. Puerta del ban̈o cerraba mal. Metro Legazpi mejor que usera, no hay tanta subida. Al llegar nos costó un poco contactar con el proprietario que no contestaba y nos asustamos un poco. Pero acabó llegando, con mucha prisa... pero después todo bien. Recomendable

De eerste nacht was er een groep in het appartement ernaast die veel herrie maakte, en je kom in 1 slaapkamer al het geluid van het appartement erboven horen. Verder prima locatie met veel busverbindingen tegen een zeer redelijke prijs.
