"We booked a Deluxe Room, which was located in the older part of the resort. Unfortunately, this also meant that it was very close to the main road, and there was noticeable traffic noise during the night. As someone who travels extensively around the world, this was not what I expected considering the high price of the stay. The buildings numbered 1–7 appear to need renovation in order to meet the standard guests would reasonably expect from a resort in this price category. We also asked for a late check-out of approximately three hours. Although the hotel did not appear to be fully booked, we were told that we would need to pay half of an additional day’s rate. We found this inflexible and disappointing. In addition, we saw several cats around the property. On two occasions, we observed cats defecating in the sand near the breakfast area, which raised hygiene concerns. Overall, the resort has potential, but the room location, noise, maintenance, late check-out policy, and cleanliness around the breakfast area did not justify the price we paid. Kind regards"

"Love this place 100% would come back a little disappointed when we checked in we were told they have tickets for the full moon festival and that we just had to pay them and they would have transportation and the tickets to get in once we were on the island for the full moon festival we were charged every step of the way which felt a little misleading but other than that we fully enjoyed this place great breakfast amazing bar stuff beautiful pool spacious rooms. We stayed in the family suite beach was beautiful."

"We loved our stay at Coco Palm! It is an older/more traditional style resort but that was part of the charm for us. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Lovely pool, bar and restaurant and delicious Thai food options. All the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, made amazing cocktails and great food. Our room was so clean every day and the beach was always spotless. Big shout out to Nèung at the bar - thank you for all the cocktails and great chat! We hope to be back one day."
