The private pool area was beautifully landscaped. The sounds of waterfalls, which were both next to the room and behind the pool foliage, made for a very soothing and pleasant surprise. The service was professional and welcoming, the grounds were immaculate, and the entire resort had an exotic feel to it. The room had fantastic air-conditioning, water pressure, and hot water. We absolutely loved our stay there! Such fantastically nice service. A lot more included in the room than they advertise up front, tons of snacks and drinks, etc. Rooms are beautifully kept classic designs, with extremely high ceilings. Staff is up there for the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of staying with. Just extremely kind and helpful, with a good sense of humor, and never overbearing or "too present".

BED Phrasingh was in an ideal location near Wat Phra Singh and near the main road of the old city. The breakfast was great, a good variety of Thai and western options. Fresh fruit and coffee/tea complimentary all day as well as free water in coolers positioned throughout the hotel. Also the "minibar" was free of charge and stocked daily. The pool was nice and clean. It was great hotel in a great location at a great price.

I loved this hotel. It was clean, modern with an abundance bottled water at your disposal. The staff was super friendly and offered great tips on local activities. I specifically picked this hotel because of it's location in Nimman. There are tons of small shops, art studios, restaurants to check out. Chiang Mai is also not that big so we were able to walk from the middle of the Old City back to the hotel. I would love to come back to Chiang Mai and stay at BED Nimman!
