The breakfast is very good buffet of excellent quality. Although just next to rail with trains passing by, the sound proof is good and the train sound is soft. "

"Location was perfect five minute walk from the Hakata station room was OK since it is located right next to a cut station. You will hear the train time to time. Breakfast was above average, however they serve sashimi. Overall, it is a pretty good hotel."

"Super clean hotel with hot tub on the roof. They provide everything you need in your room such as a refrigerator, safe, iron, hair dryer with laundry and microwave on the 13th floor. Center to all the attractions. The breakfast buffet is out of this world. I gained 3 lbs with 5-night stay."
