The lake is spectacular, the pool is gorgeous and, while the rooms and bathrooms are a little dated, the views more than make up for it. The breakfast is fantastic too! We can’t say enough good things about Casa Berno! (Just that it’s too far from our home in Colorado!)"

"We loved our stay at Hotel Muralto and highly recommend it. The property is conveniently located near public transportation (a bus stop right out the door and train station a 5 minute walk). It's a 10 minute walk to old town Locarno, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is well maintained, the room was spotless and all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was fresh and delicious, the air conditioning was welcome and refreshing (we were in Switzerland...
