"Overall it was a beautiful house. We unfortunately had issues with rainwater coming through and flooding the foyer during an extreme thunderstorm our first night. The oven had not been properly grounded, and would give a fairly decent shock to anyone that touched it. The house in reality only sleeps 7 adults, instead of the 8 people advertised. The location called for beautiful views of the lake, but was an extreme hassle to get to and from the center of town. "

"This place is an absolutely gem! Nicely renovated classic building. Extremely friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. All at a reasonable price - we will come back for sure and will stay longer next time "
