From the minute my husband and I walked in, the service and hospitality was great. The lady at the front desk (I forget her name) accommodated us with a room that had a few steps since my husband walked with a cane. The Bistro, restaurant and bar were great. I am forgetting names but thank you to all those who worked there. Thank you Paula, Stacey, Susie, Efiona, Gerard and all the others. The room you gave us was beautiful. Also a shout out to the cook for the delicious mussels, steaks,...

We loved staying at the Lisnafillan Lodge cottage during our recent trip to Ballymena. We were there in memory of my Mum who's grandfather was born in Ballymena. Such a gorgeous place to call 'home' during our stay. thank you!!

Just to name a few of Bay Cottages charms. This was the most delightful stay i can remember. The wonderful meals prepared by Elizabeth deserve their own rating system. We loved them and you'll leave the table both full and looking forward to the next meal. The rooms were very comfortable, it was all i could do to drag my wife out of the bed to go sightseeing. I'd give it 6 stars if i could.
