"The staff and service were amazing, they remembered it was my wedding anniversary, and the manager gave us a bottle of wine. Ronald was amazing in making sure we had our needs met. He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing. Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good! The rooms were big and spacious. The shampoo/shower gel bottles could be bigger though. "

"This place was amazing. We stayed one night but wanted to stay longer. The pools are great and family friendly. Clean tent rooms. Only issue is that it is about a hour and a half walk from the city and 30 minute bus ride. Buses get full fast so you have to wait. There’s a really good cafe and dinner place right in front of the resort that is very accommodating and gets full. Not a lot of other options for food than that. "

"Clean comfortable room (with AC), nice bathroom, elevator. Very attentive staff. Requires taxi or tram (5 min walk) to old city, shops, restaurants. Liked being outside of the chaos of Florence. "

"We stayed here twice during our visit to Italy and we were so impressed by the staff and the property. We had to catch an early cab on our second stay and they even packed us a breakfast to go. Walking distance to many things, excellent food nearby,clean and updated facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. "

"Place was in a busy area which was convenient, not so quiet, bathroom is very small. Staff were very nice and breakfast is a bonus."
