"I had a lovely stay at the Melita hotel. Anna & Cash who both worked in the reception was more than friendly, they were lovely. The atmosphere is warm and familiar the staff is more than helpful. Although the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast they offer free coffee and pastries in the morning to take into your room if wanted. The also offered a discount at a restaurant nearby for breakfast out. This hotel is my only choice next time in London "

I was given the basement to start and it was beautiful and clean and really cozy however absolutely NO PHONE SERVICE none whatsoever.
