"Location was very good, check in was easy. Room was fine, comfortable bed. Air con was noisy. Staff very good when we had a plumbing problem. Very unhappy with restaurant one evening as they said they were unable to offer us a table - although there were lots of free tables! This was because they didn’t have enough staff. I think this is completely unacceptable in such a large hotel with a huge mostly empty restaurant. We chose not to eat in the hotel at all after that."
