"The property is beautiful. A few things that would have worked better for us would have been not to be facing the front of the hotel as we were on a lower floor, you could hear everything happening outside clearly. The windows have no sound proofing.
While we stayed, one elevator didn’t work so you had to wait 15-30 minutes during busier times. Luckily we were on a lower level so we were able to easily take the stairs.
I found it odd that a hotel of this caliber doesn’t have secure wifi. So that was a bit disappointing.
The towels in the bathroom were slightly larger than bath mats. Make sure you ask housekeeping for large bath towels. They have them. Just not in the rooms."
