"Came to the hotel room we checked in we booked a family room and we went to our room see that the top bunk was full of hair was dusty and dirty there excuses was that it was a free bed when it wasn’t and it was booked for 4 people and how there hotel only had one cleaner. Then found a cockroach on the bed and had been moved to another room and soon as we went in the other room it had a very bad toilet smell and not only that on last day faced verbal aggressive abuse from a cleaner he rushed downstairs to the lobby and was shouting in my friends face in French saying the room was left dirty apparently just as there was a hanger and a few wrappers on the desk and a broken charging lead on the floor and towels which had been used left on one side of the corner of the bathroom as people normally do. It was like he had expected us to to have done the full room cleaning for him seems like he was taking out his hotels under staffed issue out of us never in my life had we been spoken to like that. "

Après une journée d'exploration, se détendre dans l'eau était un vrai bonheur, entouré par la tranquillité de l'endroit. L'emplacement calme est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer.Dès le début, la communication avec le propriètaire a été très agréable et pleine de bienveillance. Ils étaient toujours disponibles et réactifs, ce qui a ajouté une touche personnelle à notre expérience. On sent vraiment qu'ils ont une passion pour leur maison de vacances et pour leurs hôtes, et cela fait toute la différence.En résumé, des vacances parfaites !"

"Parking and WiFi great. La Rochelle is the place to visit with its old streets, cafes and the marina is the biggest I have ever seen!As stated the car is essential, but the Park & Ride is very easy to get to and the parking is free. I recommend downloading the Yélo App for the P&R bus."
