"Overall, this was a very good hotel. We chose a room with a view, and the view was beautiful — we could even see the Parliament Building. The room itself was a little small, but the facilities were generally quite good. One small downside was that the TV didn’t allow us to log in to Netflix, so the only options were on-demand content or regular cable TV. The outdoor pool was heated, which was very comfortable, and the view from the pool area was also lovely. The location was excellent — it only took a few minutes to walk to the entrance of Old Quebec. We also had a small unexpected situation during our stay and needed to visit the hospital, which fortunately was very close by. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches for children. The hotel gave them a little wristband that they could use to redeem a small snack, along with a booklet. It was a simple gesture, but very sweet and family-friendly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were happy with the location, the views, and the thoughtful service."

"The property is not manned, self check in. I did send a message days in advance but my question was not answered. There was “stuff” left by the previous guest that was not cleared out by the cleaning staff…makes me wonder if the place was cleaned properly. All the amenities were there and close to shops and restaurants."
