"Our group felt so cozy and homey at Fantail cottage while we explored nearby Hamilton and Hobbiton. Fiona was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and the provided milk, coffee, hot chocolate, and cereals was a nice touch. Everyones favorite part is that the shower was hot with really good water pressure! We also really enjoyed the chickens (chooks) and they seemed to like our food scraps just as much. Thank you for a lovely stay :)"

"The apartment was well appointed, nice small kitchen with everything necessary for a short stay. Good size tv for the size of the lounge and a heatpump - that once we figured out how to get it going was effective as the temperature dropped quickly now we are headed into winter. Bed was comfortable and a good size room with large wardrobe, extra pillows and blankets. Overall a great little apartment with parking right outside. The downstairs apartment we had was around the side with no view...

"Great stay, definitely would stay again. Just note there is minimal cooking utensils, so although there is a stove it’s only really good for eggs etc."

"I was so impressed with the Kozy Kottage, it was perfect and homely. There was food in the cupboards, fridge and freezer, all there for you to use, including eggs, milk, bread, condiments and all you need for cooking, oil, salt pepper etc and fruit in the fruit bowl, the beds were comfortable and the shower had amazing pressure. I would 100% recommend this to everyone, we will definitely be using it again. Thank you for a great stay Kozy Kottage"

"The bed was very comfy and the bungalow had a lovely feel to it and was private and peaceful. The location is great.Close to Raglan town and 15 minutes from the surf beaches where you can hire surfboards etc."

"Great, comfy beds and kitchen facilities. The bedrooms are large. Lounge needed a good clean and parking on the very busy road was challenging during mid week. There is parking available for 1 small car we both had work utes"

"I was very disappointed with the state of the bed sheets and pillow cases it had a disgusting odor as if it hasn't been changed by the cleaners. The 1st room next to the stairs.The Tv also wasnt accommodating everything was in Chinese, youtube, prime, was very difficult to change settings as we couldn't understand a word! Every app was locked and required our own login The main shower was ALSO disappointing, drain was blocked and the water would fill up the shower. Disgusting! Very disappointing...
