"Nuestra estancia fue excelente y terminó siendo una verdadera salvación después de una mala experiencia con otro alojamiento. Conseguimos reservar el mismo día y desde el primer momento la atención hizo toda la diferencia. La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de Málaga y muy cerca de Calle Larios. La habitación y el baño eran muy amplios, la cama cómoda y disponen de té y café instantáneo. También ofrecen botellas reutilizables para rellenar en los dispensadores de agua. La climatización está parametrizada alrededor de 24 °C y para nosotros resultaba algo cálida. Al comentarlo, nos cambiaron de habitación sin inconvenientes y luego dieron seguimiento para asegurarse de que estuviéramos cómodos. Puedes comunicarte con recepción 24 horas por WhatsApp y responden enseguida. El desayuno buffet es muy amplio y variado, y todo el personal, tanto de recepción como del restaurante, fue excepcional. Mención especial para Daniela, cuya amabilidad, disposición y seguimiento hicieron una enorme diferencia durante nuestra estancia. Sin duda, el excelente servicio del personal es lo que hace este hotel todavía más especial."

"Pros: Very neat and tidy property, clean and comfortable and could easily sleep 4 or 5 even. Very central location, everything is right on your doorstep Bedding, towels and mattresses were of decent quality Cons: A bit noisy at times due to central location Kitchen had no sundry items like oil or salt and pepper etc so if you intend to cook you'll need to buy everything Check in/ lock situation not the most convenient but easy enough once you get used to it"

"Fantastic location on the edge of the city center with a super helpful staff. However, driving your own car proved quite challenging due to road restrictions in the historic area if you’re not familiar with it. Would recommend contacting in advance for specific driving/arrival directions. Air conditioning in the room was amazingly cold and way better than even “luxury hotels” in Andalucia that limit your ability to lower the temp. Had an early flight and could not enjoy the breakfast."

"The hotel is very centrally located to the historic district which makes it easy to walk around and explore. Uber or taxi pickups and drop offs are a short 5 minute walk away as there is no parking at this hotel if you have a car. The staff were really helpful as my room key wouldn’t work the first two days, but someone was available 24/7 to let me in until maintenance was able to change the locks completely. Breakfast is included for a small fee, but completely reasonable if you’re not trying to find a cafe open early in the morning."
