"This property is over priced and gave me back ally pay by the hour hotel vibes. Front desk rude and not accommodating. I reserved a room with garden view I was given a view of the lower rooftop and street where I listened to cars and loud music all night. The pictures posted online are fake this is not how the rooms actually look and the bed sheet had cigarette stains. I have to have tech come to room to fix broken things. I requested new room and they refused. The bathroom had no toiletries....

"This is one of the cleanest hotels I have visited in Sousse. We have been tourist here for 30 years. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Our maid Leila could not do enough for us and our waiter Rizwan served us with a smile every day "

"Excellent place. We were in off season (December) so it was cool out. Pools aren’t heated so no swimming outside. Excellent staff and entertainment. Very nice area. Felt very safe walking to the nearby Port. Not the hard sell that Sousse has. "

But what are called “suites” are just rooms, and many of those rooms are interior spaces. Mine felt dark and stuffy. The mattress was too firm and of apparent low quality. It is a very clean and charming space with friendly, helpful staff. "

"Perfect Hotel for people looking for all inclusive. For me this was accidental, I was going to be in sousse and booked without looking at this detail. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, to amazing food in dining hall! Lots of great options. All team members are helpful, smiley and love to help guests. Oh and the live music, I think it's every night? with small dance area/floor. Good location too, away from the hustle/bustle of the city, but close enough to get their walking. I walked...

"Great location. Loved the outside of the building as well as the whole layout inside the house. The fact it had a roof top terrace with views over the sea and the whole Gulf of Hammamet. Lovely fish restaurant nearby, by the name of L'Etoile. Host was absolutely lovely."

"Very problematic. Room clean and serviceable with bed and linens. Food was the difficulty. Restaurant on ground floor was depressing dark and dreary. Food selection zero and preparation dismissal. All food overcooked, cold and tasteless. Restaurant on second floor acceptable. Though selection still limited, at least it was hot and almost satisfying."
