"We loved this location. Google directions got us there easily. Yay for a parking spot in a private garage and an elevator! We were able to park and easily transition our bags. The unit had AC which was wonderful as Mallorca was still warm during our visit. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated that there were a few snacks when we arrived. We walked everywhere in Sa Pobló and used the car for our ventures out. I definitely recommend this location."

"Bei unserem Aufenthalt im April 2024 fanden wir eine ganz neue Wohnung vor. Bei den 70 cm dicken Wandmauern und abgeschalteter Heizung war es ungemütlich kalt. Den versprochenen Stellplatz gab es nicht. Meistens 10 Minuten Fussweg bis zum nächsten freien Parkplatz in der Straße am Bahnhof. Im persönlichen Innenhof Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Einkaufen und Restaurants 2 Minuten entfernt. Sehr gute Betten"

Apartment is located about a block from a lovely plaza where is very lively specially on Sundays when locals farmers bring fresh fruits and vegetables and other foods. All the required facilities you need except maybe Wi Fi but you can connect to internet via data roaming as mobile reception is OK. Bed confortable and having a bath as well as a shower was welcome after a long walk in the nearby hills.
