"The house and pool were exceptionally clean ,bed and pillows were very good . Everything we needed in the kitchen which was well furnished ,air-conditioning in living room and bedrooms. Nice balcony that we used a lot . What I would suggest and noticed in a previous review was that it would be a good idea to have two lamps on either side of the bed for those who like to read at night .Other than that we had everything we needed ."

"We stayed in December, off season. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed, but the grocery stores were open. The property was clean and spacious. The frying pans and spatula need to be replaced, otherwise all in the kitchen was good. The rooms were quite cold when we arrived; the heaters on the ceiling worked ok. There is limited hot water for showers and dishes, and weak water pressure in the shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a soft mattress - I loved it, my husband did...

The villa is perfect for people looking for a quiet location but a short walk from all of the attractions. Our host Pedro was amazing and so accommodating. The villa had lots of personal touches and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful city of Palma and its surroundings. "This was a very nice stay, away from the summer crowds of Mallorca. Close to Sóller and Valdemossa, and also Palma. We spent most of our time by the small pool. The hotel complex was very nice and it was delightful to just spend time there. We loved the staff and their attentiveness. Jackie from the reception and Biel from the Bar were especially delightful people. We would love to go back to this place. At first we were doubtful about the location, but the property itself was very satisfactory and such a peaceful place to stay in with the Pool, nice architecture and the spa facilities."
