"Very nice hotel in the heart of the entertainment area. A few minutes walk from the beach with shops and restaurants. The hotel is very convenient, lots of areas to relax. Extended breakfast was very handy as well. Lidl supermarket is around the corner. Close to a bus stop to Palma City Centre. Also very close to the airport. Great location! The staff were very helpful."

"Very nice hotel with good facilities, especially the outdoor and indoor pools & spa. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Excellent choice at the breakfast buffet, including gluten free options. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment throughout the week. A few small gripes: Toiletries provided are basic: only a combined shampoo/shower gel but no conditioner or body lotion. No kettle in the bedroom. Only one small water bottle per person provided in the fridge at the start of the stay. No water fountain anywhere in the hotel to top up reusable bottles. There is always a lengthy queue for the freshly cooked breakfast options - it would be helpful to have a second staff member at these stations."
