"Very nice hotel that was probably the nicest one I ever stayed at. I went down for my birthday and they had bars, food places, and a stores at the hotel itself. My room had a private hot tub which I greatly loved. My only complaint is that the state had an almost record low so the hot water was struggling a little bit. However as soon as I told them, they went straight to trying to fix it."

"Staff were all very pleasant and helpful from breakfast staff, bartender, front desk, concierge, and souvenir store attendant. Outside of hotel was very well kept. Great location with Universal Studios nearby, restaurants, shopping and many attractions. We were there in early May of 2026, so weather was awesome and area was not too crowded. It is a good place to stay if you do not want to spend a ton of money while being nearby to the amusement park."

"The hotel was a little dated but in a very convenient location. We didn’t get to try out the pool so can’t comment on that. The shuttle to universal is a great feature and the on site shop is good when you need a drink in the night. We upgraded to a junior suite which was very spacious. Overall a very nice stay."
