"The hotel and water park are nice. They do allow considerable amount of “day pass” patrons visit which crowds large pool/water park areas and makes very difficult for hotel guests to find good seating. "

"It's an interesting location. Hidden at the back of the road, beautiful setting, peaceful up to a degree. Not so sure why they need the music blasting in the lobby. We can hear it through our door, in the morning. Little load sitting in the lounge. But it's still an amazing stay. We arrived in quite early from our 3 flights, trek across the world, and they let us book in early. While we waiting, we drank mango smoothies. The TV was all in Korean, so read instead"

A Filipino friend was able to contact them through Facebook messenger. We learned they had no record of our reservation. I used the chat feature on Hotels.com app to find out what we should do. "My stay here was exceptional and the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. The meals were excellent, and eating a free breakfast while overlooking the ocean was a great start to my mornings. I forgot to pack an adaptor for my phone, but the staff was quick to loan me one. Lastly, not going to lie, I also fell in love here…with one of the cats roaming the property. Strong recommend!"

"I booked 2 nights initially to see if I liked the area. I booked a standard room but was very disappointed with the mould odour as I entered. I rang reception and explained about the mould and I needed another cleaner smelling room. I was taken to 2 others on the same floor but all smelt of mould. "Ok as far as ok needs to be. Dark rooms, no table and chairs, water heater needed repair. I would say the place has deteriorated in the 13 years since I was there last."

"Very dated resort that clearly is not so popular any more. All f&b closes 8.30pm. no house keeping unless you explicitly ask. A lot of mosquitoes and no repellent. Pretty far away from everything worth visiting including restaurants. Better off staying in Lapu-Lapu."

"I like this place. Airport close, not a lot of services nearby really but jeepney trip to Parkmall is simple. Good security too. Clean and surprisingly quiet. Bathroom fittings a bit messed up taps/ bidet/ shower/ tiles/ plug could all be fixed but you gets what ya pay for . And price is excellent. "
