"Selected a room with king size bed option. Checked in at 5pm and “no king size beds available “. Ruined a planned romantic farewell night; 2 little beds. And front desk argued and pointed to the “king size or 2 twins” language in description. Photo shown in room choice selection on Expedia shows king size bed. Looks like it’s their option what they force you to take. They could have upgraded the room but didn’t, they argued instead. And 25 step escalator hasn’t worked for years and breakfast is now served in a conference room and far less selection of food. Bummer stay. I think I have stated there 20+ times over the years, this was worst experience ever. Looks like going down hill. "

"Great place, and restaurant, exceptional staff. The internet was a bit slow for a place in IT park but workable. Nice terrace bar although sometimes the music was quite loud with loud speakers everywhere, also inside. Everything else perfect."

"The hotel room was clean and very spacious for the price of only $27 a night. The safe in the room needed a key to open instead of a combination lock, because the battery section of the safe was corroded. The restaurant had very good food, but the cakes were dry so do I recommend them the rooftops swimming pool was amazing and just sat there made amazing alcoholic drink drinks. Location was close to a mall and only 130 peso grab ride very close to IT park. Overall, it was a great hotel and a great experience and I would highly recommend it."
